Once I got it on, the feeling was great. Including with the catheter in place. Being a larger guy, 6'2", the lower part of my package being naturally larger, the gap between the cage and the ring is about 9 to 10 mm. Which causes immediate blue and purple balls, might be cutting off blood flow. To paint a clearer picture. My hands are about 20 cm long, base palm to the tip of my middle finger. Better than I ever imagined
