This cage is amazing! It's very well-made, solid, and of high quality materials. It looked pretty intimidating out of the box, though, and didn't seem like it would be comfortable. Boy, was I wrong! It's nearly perfect. Putting on the smooth stainless base ring is a cinch. Getting the cage on takes a bit of maneuvering (a little coconut oil did the trick), but once on, it's super easy to line up the base ring with the prongs on the end of the cage & slide the lock on to secure your lil' guy.

I was blown away by how comfortable the Chastity Chicken Cage is. I've had issues with the weight of other metal cages making my groin area sore, especially when wearing a waist strap to keep the cage tight to my body. Because of this, I've worn my nylon K3D Cobra cage without a strap 24/7 for most of the past year. I didn't experience ANY of those problems with this cage. After wearing it with a strap for almost a week straight, I didn't have any soreness or hot spots caused by pressure. Honestly, I tended to forget I was even wearing it after a short while. Cleaning is a breeze because everything is easily accessible. The open design of the Chastity Chicken Cage also allows for 24/7 wear with no reason to remove it (a bonus for your keyholder since you don't have to ask for the keys all the time to clean yourself & the cage).

My only recommendation would be to make this in slightly different lengths. That way, after your guy gets "settled into" the cage and either grows or shrinks a little bit, he'll still be at the end of the cage and stay lined up with the hole at the tip.

Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with this cage. This is going to be my new cage for long-term wear. You might want to be careful about letting your keyholder know how comfortable the Chastity Chicken Cage is. They might keep you locked up in it indefinitely.
