Having tried other devices and found that it was actually too small, I was a bit worried that I'd be too big for this as well. However, I was surprised, it really makes this much more spacious. The hardest part to get on is the loop around the balls as it's quite tight. It does chafe a little after wearing it for a while, but otherwise is quite comfy. I can wear it underneath my clothes. I bought a metal cage first but it was way too heavy. Then I bought a silicone cage but it was so soft and bendable it was useless. This one is great! It is not heavy, you can see your helpless cock, and the pee hole lines up perfectly so peeing is no problem. I highly recommend it.

We are extremely pleased with this purchase.
